Individual headshot sessions have a $200 session fee. This covers your 60-minute studio session, professional lighting, posing and expression guidance, and an online gallery for selecting your favorite portraits.

Finished images are $50 each. You only purchase the images you love.

Every selected image is professionally retouched and prepared for delivery. Retouching may include:

• Natural skin refinement

• Color correction

• Lighting and exposure adjustments

• Minor distraction removal

• Careful finishing that keeps you looking like yourself

We’ll guide you through posture, positioning, and expression throughout the session. The goal is to help you look confident, approachable, and natural. Not stiff or overly posed.

You’re not alone. Many of our clients begin their sessions by saying they don’t feel comfortable in front of a camera.

Our sessions are relaxed and fully guided. We’ll take the time to help you feel comfortable, make small adjustments, and find expressions that feel genuine. You won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own.

After your session, you’ll receive access to an online gallery where you can review the portraits and select your favorites.

You decide how many finished images you would like to purchase. Each selected portrait is then individually retouched and prepared for final delivery.

Individual sessions are available in our Spokane studio by appointment. We also offer environmental and on-location headshots throughout Spokane and the surrounding Inland Northwest.

Yes. Professional headshots are ideal for LinkedIn, company directories, staff biography pages, speaking engagements, press materials, business cards, social media, and personal-brand marketing.

Before publishing this answer, add one sentence clarifying the exact usage rights included with purchased images.

Availability varies, so booking ahead is recommended. Particularly if you need your images before a company launch, speaking event, publication deadline, or other important date.

If none of the available online dates work for you, contact us and we’ll see whether a custom appointment is available.

Your proofing gallery will be available within 3 business days. Final retouched images are typically delivered within 3-5 business days after you submit your selections.

For corporate team shoots the delivery time will be provided with project estimate.

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to adjust your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We’re happy to transfer your session payment and scheduled appointment to a new available date, and we encourage rescheduling whenever possible.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment but are not refundable.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or transfer, and all payments will be forfeited.

Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. We understand that emergencies happen and may consider exceptional circumstances individually.
